    Hi , anyone racing rl28's out there and are you aware of the coming changes to cbh handicap system provided Australian Sailing see details at https://www.sailingresources.org.au/cbh-rating/ I see our little brothers have their new ratings established and i was wondering if our "loose"association is interested in applying for a new rating or is a " one of a kind" application required ?
