I don’t seem to be able to find the hull identification no. On the hull of my RL28.
I expected it to be on the transom.
Am I missing something

There are no hull identification numbers on Australian RLs. They were built before the ID numbers were required, unfortunately, or it would be a lot easier to trace a boats history.
