    Replying to:NSW Vessel Registration - RL24
    Has anyone recently obtained a NSW Maritime 'HIN boatcode certificate' for an RL24? Is it difficult? What is the official 'capacity'/number of persons in an RL24 for the HIN? I live in the ACT and don't have to register the boat here (just the trailer). The NSW maritime regulations mean I must register the boat in NSW to use NSW waterways. There is a NSW Maritime office in Queanbeyan, but I would like to know what to expect before I take the boat over there (presumably they will want to inspect it).
