    Replying to:Replace Swing Keel With Drop Keel RL 24
    I would like to enquire if anyone could advise me on the wieght of the bulb on a drop keel if I was to replace the existing swing keel with a drop keel. I believe the existing steel keel is approximately 120KG.The depth of the keel outside the hull would be 1.3 metres. Also with a drop keel how much of the keel blade needs to remain in the keel drop box. Thanks for your assistance
