Congratulations to Phil Macqueen on Shalimar for winning the RQYS Wintersun Regatta in both Division One and Combined Divisions.
According to Phil, the conditions were perfect for an RL with a big kite. SE 10 to 12 knots Sun and S to SW to SE 5 to 20 on Sat with smooth seas all the way.
