I live on the Gold coast and took possession, a couple of years ago, of RL24 which had previously suffered from some neglect. After initially intending to renovate it I now find that I do not have the funds or the time to do so. Can anyone suggest who I may be able to approach that would be interested in taking it on as a rebuild? I would be happy to part with it at no cost as it hasn't cost me anything at this point in time.
