Maintenance well overdue. The pivot started weeping more and more. Looks like there are no bushes and that that box has been worn away. Any tips before I jump into this? Any idea on where to get bushes?

Hopefully job is done. Stainless plate 3mm attached with Sikoflex should take some of the stresses off the keel box, (thanks for the emailed tips)
